It was a pleasure joining @summerlunchplus and meeting the Canada Summer Jobs students who are helping the community build food skills and healthy habits, empowering young people to share what they learn with family and friends.

It was a pleasure joining @TPS33Div Community Police Liaison Committee with neighbours, community agencies and institutions, and officers to hear grassroots feedback on aligning community priorities and how we can continue to work together to make our neighbourhoods safer.

It was a pleasure visiting @NeuronicWorks and learning about how their cutting-edge design house delivers electronic product development; prototyping to manufacturing to certification. They’re a local champion here in Don Valley North employing over 60 designers and engineers.

Big shout-out to our amazing NextGenDVN Youth Council for organizing a very fun FIFA World Cup watch party! It was great to see so many neighbours enjoying the beautiful game.

Our government is partnering with the Ontario govt to make a $1.5 billion investment with Toronto to get shovels in the ground and build housing faster. This investment will help build housing-enabling infrastructure in Toronto and reduce development charges by 40 to 60%.

What a day, thanks to everyone who were able to brave the heat and come out to celebrate Canada Day! It was wonderful seeing all our neighbours and community partners together, you’re the reason why Canada is going to stay Strong and Free.
