The leading global type 1 diabetes research and advocacy org is right here in DVN. It was great to meet staff at @BT1D_CA and learn about how they’re helping make every day better for Canadians living with T1D.

It was a pleasure meeting the staff and the Canada Summer Jobs students at SEAS Centre and learning about how they’ve been building community with drop-in programs for youth and seniors since 1986.

Today on National Acadian Day, we celebrate the vibrant culture, proud traditions, and enduring history of the Acadian people. We honour their resilience and their lasting contributions to Canadian life. Wishing a joyful National Acadian Day to all who are celebrating!
